Payment information

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never reaches our servers and we never store it. We retain only what we need to service your booking and keep our business records: the amount charged, the currency, a Stripe reference for the payment, and whether a refund was issued. How we use information

• Take and confirm your booking, and send you the lockbox code for your kit.
• Send booking reminders and follow-up messages about your rental.
• Answer questions and respond to messages you send us.
• Process payments and any refunds.
• Operate, secure, and improve the website.
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

Service providers

We use service providers to host the website, take payments, deliver email, provide analytics, and protect forms from abuse. These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for us. They include Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend, and Google Analytics.

This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse of the booking and contact forms. Turnstile processes limited technical signals to distinguish people from bots. Its processing is described in Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum .

Cookies and similar technologies

The site and its service providers may use cookies or similar browser storage for security, analytics, and essential site functions such as carrying your booking through checkout. You can limit cookies through your browser settings, although booking may not work as intended if you do.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with the service providers described above, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, our customers, or this website. We keep booking and payment records for as long as reasonably necessary to service your rental, maintain business and tax records, and meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask us to review, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. You may also ask us to stop sending you messages that are not required to service an active booking.

Children's privacy

Bookings must be made by an adult. This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
